Brianda is a craft beer brand from Terceira Island, launched commercially in 2018. Its name pays tribute to Brianda Pereira, a legendary figure associated with the Battle of Salga in 1581, when cattle were famously driven against the invading Spanish forces. The brewery produces beers including its Pilsner Lager.
