At the table
Listrão is one of Porto Santo’s historic grape varieties and an important part of the island’s renewed winemaking identity. Known elsewhere as Palomino Fino, the variety has been cultivated for generations in Porto Santo, where old vines survive in demanding conditions shaped by low rainfall, Atlantic winds and calcareous sandy soils.
