Sintra’s Atlantic coastline has a strong seafood tradition. Restaurants and seafood houses serve a wide variety of crustaceans, bivalves and other shellfish, usually prepared simply to highlight their freshness, with garlic, coriander, olive oil, lemon or seawater-inspired cooking.
