1. Who is responsible

Alexandra Mourato, owner of Navega Portugal, is responsible for the operation of this editorial food guide and for the processing described on this page. Privacy enquiries may be sent to mrt.negocios@gmail.com.

2. Data used by the website

The core guide can be used without creating an account. If you choose the “near me” feature, your browser asks for location permission. The coordinates are used in the browser only to identify the nearest place and are not stored by Navega Portugal.

When Google Analytics is enabled, Google processes pseudonymous usage and technical information, such as visited pages, route changes, device and browser information, and referral data, to produce audience and performance reports. Navega Portugal does not send names, email addresses or account identifiers to Analytics.

3. Advertising and Google AdSense

When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit, personalise and measure ads. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Depending on your consent and region, ads may be personalised, non-personalised or limited.

4. Legal basis and consent

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

You may change or withdraw an analytics or advertising consent decision at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
